UAV rules juni 1, 2019:
Maximum take-off weight: 250 gr - 25 kilo you must have a UAV pilot Certificate
Maximum hight: 122 meters / 400 ft
Maximum horizontal distance: 500 meters / 1,640 ft, and keep the UAV in visual sight.
Maximum speed:
Tag: Your UAV must be tagged with your name, adress, telephone number
Minimum age: 18 years
Insurance: Not known
Distance Airports: 5.6 km / 3 mi.
Heliports: 1.9 km / 1 mi.
Night flights: Prohibited
Prohibited: not above people, rescue workers, emergency operations, animals, buildings, railways, waterways, beaches, National Parks, concerts,
parades, forest fires. Pilot may not be in a moving vehicle.
If you have a UAV between 250 g and 25 kg you must get a UAV Pilot Certificate.

Both pictures (of Morraine Lake and Peyto Lake) can't be shot now because they are in a National Park, and flying drones in a National Park is prohibited!
